At Southern Oasis, compassionate, individualized care happens right here in our spacious, welcoming group home. We support residents from pediatric ages through older adulthood, including people with lower or higher acuity needs.

Our residential approach brings together skilled nursing, nursing assistant support, help with transfers and daily living, and one-on-one attention tailored to each resident’s care plan. We also work with care teams to coordinate services such as physical therapy visits in the home when appropriate.

From wheelchair users and residents who are bedbound to people who need supportive or end-of-life care, we focus on dignity, comfort, meaningful connection, and a sense of belonging. Every potential placement is discussed individually to ensure the home's capabilities and staffing are appropriate for that person's needs.
